“Stories are the threads of our lives. Therapy invites us to weave them in ways that give meaning and strength.” – Michael White
At the heart of my work is authentic connection and collaboration. I show up as a real person, grounded in a genuine desire to help and supported by my years of clinical experience. Whether we’re working through big emotions, navigating life transitions, or untangling family dynamics, I meet each client with curiosity and respect. My aim is to help children feel understood, teens and young adults feel empowered, and moms feel supported.
I view our work as a partnership, guided by your experiences and what matters most to you. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you or your child can explore emotions, build self-awareness, and develop meaningful skills for growth and resilience. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to customize support for each client and family’s unique needs.
I'm grateful for the education and experiences that have shaped my career. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Weber State University, I developed my skills as an advocate while working in the community for six years. I then completed my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, building a strong foundation for my clinical practice. Working closely with children and families across community mental health, schools, and in-home settings has deepened my understanding of how they grow, struggle, and thrive in different environments.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. Together, we can create meaningful change and support emotional well-being at every stage of life.

Personal Interests
Curiosity has always guided me, often leading me to lose myself in a good book or explore new places. I see storytelling as a personal window into what we hold dear. My own story includes my husband of 15 years, our two daughters, and our very vocal husky.
