Educational and Professional Background
I completed my undergraduate education at Utah State University, and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Boise State University.
My career as a social worker started in 2017 and I spent the majority of my time working in the child welfare field. In my experience working in child welfare, I learned about a lot of broken systems and the factors contributing to them. Upon completing my master's degree and working as a hospital care manager at McKay Dee Hospital, I continued my social work journey and continued my education. Consequently, I have gained experience in a wide range of areas, as well as an extensive age range. I am well-known for my ability to respond to trauma.

I value individuals and their ability to keep battling the difficulties we face each and every day in this difficult world we live in. I am extremely passionate about helping my clients to identify their strengths through a person-centered approach that is tailored to their individual needs.
With a diverse range of experience, my expertise includes childhood and adolescent trauma, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bereavement, the aging population, and individuals with disabilities.

My own struggle with anxiety and depression throughout my lifetime allows me to empathize with clients, as I understand that the mind can be a dark place at times. It is my commitment to assist you in regaining control over your life. Asking for help can be a vulnerable experience, but I promise it is well worth it. Let's begin this journey together.

Personal Interests
In my free-time you will often find me at home watching true-crime with my dogs. I am a “Swiftie”, country music, Diet Dr. Pepper, tattoo, football (Go Aggies & Niners!), and animal lover. My favorite place to be besides home, is on a beach in the blazing sun. I have a big heart and love learning about people.
